I had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially enjoying the large balcony overlooking the vibrant plaza. However, the shower curtain in my room could have been better at containing water. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the local markets and festivals, right in front of the Park.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering plenty of hot water, but noise was a bit of an issue due to the central location right on the zocalo. The service was exceptional, from check-in throughout our stay, with prompt assistance for any requests. The location was perfect for exploring local markets and town festivities, although the noise level could be a drawback. The dining options were diverse, including both buffet and freshly prepared items. Overall, a comfortable stay with some noise considerations to keep in mind.
I couldn't have asked for a better location right in the heart of the town, overlooking the lively plaza from my large balcony. The hotel is a center of activity, offering a vibrant setting with a spacious balcony to enjoy the view. The rooms are well-appointed, but the curtain in the tub with a shower didn't quite do the trick at containing the water. However, waking up to the view of the plaza made up for it.
